Our adventurous cooking classes called Foodjamming take place at a wonderful hotel in the historic centre of Soller. Together with our friends, we want to create surprising culinary compositions just like in a musical jam session. Inspired by the moment, they come into existence through the creative interaction of people, landscapes, seasons, atmospheres and the ingredients. |

We want
to create an atmosphere of free improvisation, in which all your senses
are involved. Visit the markets of Palma with us. See, hear, feel,
smell and taste. Breakfasts in open nature, followed by a hiking tour or a visit at the local vineyards will add to the special atmosphere of our several daylong foodjamming sessions and make them an unforgettable experience for you. |
